PR: Who Really Wears The Pants?

Though PR is undeniably a field where women “wear the pants” due to their dominance, the profession – like most – still faces the overwhelming struggle of inferiority and inequality.

According to the 2011 CIPR’s Annual State of the PR Profession Survey, the industry is chiefly dominated by women nevertheless, the guys are the ones stacking up the dollars, “earning salaries in excess of £50,000” and holding largely Senior Management or Directorial positions (CIPR, 2011).

So what do women do?
